Ingredients
6 cloves garlic- crushed
1 cup cooking oil of your choice- I personally like to use safflower oil
Instructions
Put crushed garlic into oil and let sit for at least 5 min but can leave it in oil for up to 2 weeks. Note garlic flavor will intensify as garlic has more time to infuse
