Savory Rosemary Seed Bread

This bread is truly amazing! Moist and delicious. You will not be disappointed.
  • 5 medium eggs
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp rosemary
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup pumpkin and sunflower seed mix (recipe here)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients with the exception on the seed mix into a large bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth
  3. Hand stir in seed mix
  4. Line bread pan with parchment paper and pour in batter
  5. Bake at 400 for 20 min then turn down to 300 and bake another 20min or until knife comes out clean
