This is something that takes only seconds to make and is great to have on hand so you can use it whenever you want to add garlic flavor to a recipe.

Ingredients
- 6 cloves garlic- crushed
- 1 cup cooking oil of your choice- I personally like to use safflower oil
Instructions
- Put crushed garlic into oil and let sit for at least 5 min but can leave it in oil for up to 2 weeks. Note garlic flavor will intensify as garlic has more time to infuse
but if you’re doing it for two weeks, put it in the FRIDGE! Because Botulism will land you in the hospital.
