These are incredible! So much flavor and super moist. Eat them by themselves or make them into a wrap.

Thank you very much!!! Your recipes have really helped me cook delicious food and stay positive through this crazy battle of healing my gut and my SIBO.

I wrapped my meatballs in big sauteed chard leaves, left out the fish oil (as I could not find it in Spain and used half beef and half chicken.

    Sooo yummmy!!

After a 2 months of eating this diet, I have now acquired and made some yummy SIBO friendly recipes if you are interested, I would be happy to share.

    Thanks again.

Made this recipe tonight for my dad and I! It was SOOOOO delicious and simple! I used butter lettuce leaves instead of cabbage since I tolerate them better. Turned out great! Also, just used toasted sesame oil instead of garlic-infused. I highly recommend people try this recipe- SIBO and non-SIBO alike! I had been able to tolerate lots of flavorful foods (including onion & garlic), but went a little overboard and needed a flavorful meal- this hit the spot! And my dad (who doesn’t have to follow any particular diet) also loved them. Thanks Samantha!

    Hello.

Can substitutions be made to this recipe for the almond flour and the eggs? Thank you

You can use coconut flour instead of almond and as for the eggs you can try it without. Are you also allergic to duck eggs?

This looks delicious. New to this diet and trying to find a solid yes/no on coconut aminos on the internet, which is proving to be hard! Why do you consider them legal?
